Nests

Nests is a series of 8 works in which I explore different elements in the construction of each piece. The watercolor made freely on the sheet of paper, gains layers of tracing paper that are sewn by machine, creating a kind of embroidery on the different shapes that the colors create. Finally, there is the interference of the clipping that somehow tries to dialogue with the embroidery, defining, what gains visibility or remains subtly hidden.
