The works presented are part of the series based on an important event, an encounter with “textile patterns”, small weavings produced in 2005, due to different geographical displacements were kept for almost 10 years. When this material was found, a process of seeking new meaning to all that begins: on one hand, the saved ones, aspects related to memory / forgetfulness and on the other hand, the new one that begins to appear with unfolding and certain urgency. Savoring and digesting the past and seeing how new narratives unfold through these objects. From these two axes, new times and forms are being plotted, composing a strange universe, in a symbiosis between the known and the never seen. Is it the imagined or the lived? Is it a house that shelters and protects these memories, or an animated being in the process of transforming itself? They move between dream dimensions in which the nature of these objects can be intuited, questioned, but also putting in check the dialogue established between the different techniques used for their construction and the complex tangle generated by memory and the remoteness of time, which has intertwined with the imaginary creating new possibilities.
